Supervisor - Bar & Restaurant

• 25-30 hours a week

• £13.50-£14.50 per hour based on experience + TRONC (circa £250-£300 per month)

• Start date: end of March

Summary

We are seeking two talented Supervisors to join our dynamic team at Kite at The Red Hart. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a lively gastropub environment. Your contributions will help enhance our guests' dining experience while promoting our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Serving food and drink in across our restaurant and bar

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

• Stay informed about menu offerings and drink specials to provide recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant and bartending experience is strongly preferred.

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings.

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
