CHEF DE PARTIE

Kite at The Red Hart is a neighbourhood gastropub serving high quality British cuisine across our daily menus and events. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join our small kitchen team.

  • Position: Chef de Partie

  • Start Date: June 2024

  • Hours: 45

  • Days of work: Wednesday - Sunday

  • Experience required: Chef de partie (1 year)

  • Salary: £26k + your share of tips

  • Languages: English

THE ROLE, CHEF DE PARTIE

  • Supporting the head chef in smooth daily operation, budgets, ordering and stock rotation

  • Being a food enthusiast, passionate about upcoming food trends

  • Providing reliability and a genuine enthusiasm towards our industry

  • Managing food GP in line with our zero waste goals

  • Maintain and promote health and safety, and our workplace values

  • Assist the team in the smooth running of shifts and provide support to management as required
